Use hearing aids
To improve compatibility with hearing aids and reduce sound feedback:
• Touch .
• Touch > Settings > Accessibility.
• Turn Hearing aids on
Set up TTY device
For text-based communication, you can use text messaging and email. If you prefer to connect to a TTY device:
• Touch .
• Touch > Settings > Accessibility > TTY mode.
Select a mode:
•
o TTY Full: Type and read text on your TTY device.
o TTY HCO: Type text on your TTY and listen to voice replies on your phone.
o TTY VCO: Speak into your phone and read text replies on your TTY.
Connect your phone and TTY with the audio cord that came with your TTY. Use the USB-C adapter that came with your phone.
