SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE FIXTURE. RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
GENERAL: Upon receipt of the fixture, thoroughly inspect for any freight damage which should be brought to the attention of the delivery carrier.
INSTALLATION:

1. Use the supplied cardboard template to set the anchor bolts in concrete and allow for conduit entry.
a) Foundation should have a minimum diameter of 12", a depth below grade of 24" and finished level.
i. For areas where frost occurs, consult with a civil engineer for recommended foundation detail.
b) Three 3/8" diameter 11" long anchor bolts are provided, anchor bolts should project 2" above concrete.
2. Remove the 4 set screws from the bollard to remove the base assembly. (see Figure 1)
3. Be sure to disconnect the orange disconnect from the cable on the terminal block.
4. Once the base is removed the base can be installed onto the anchor bolts that were previously set in
concrete.
5. Bolt down the base using the included nuts and washers.
6. Once secured attach the main connections to the terminal block on the top of the base. Be sure to connect
the cables as below Black to Black (Hot), White to White (Neutral), Green to Green (Ground).
7. Reconnect orange disconnect from step 3.
8. Once everything is connected replace the bollard body back onto the base and secure with the 4 screws
removed in step 2.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• To maintain the fixture efficacy occasional cleaning of the outer lens surface may be needed.
• Use a mild soap or detergent, which is essentially neutral pH (pH approximately 6 to 8), nonabrasive, and
which contains no chlorinated or aromatic hydrocarbons.
• Wash thoroughly, using a soft cloth.
• Rinse with clean, cold water and wipe dry.
TROUBLE SHOOTING CHECKLIST: If luminaire does not work
– Check your power source.
– Check electrical connections.
