    As one of our leading on-site systems, the ProFusion iO digital audio delivery system provides extensive commercial-free music, engaging message marketing, flexible scheduling, and the ability to play different types of music in various areas of your business. ProFusion iO provides total control over what your customers hear.

    NOTE: Do not plug your ProFusion iO into a switched outlet such as a power strip or other outlets that may be inadvertently turned off. This can lead to improper shutdowns which will likely shorten the life of the equipment.
  • Page 8 Note: If your ProFusion iO is configured for a single mono zone, use only the RCA jack labeled Zone 1/L to feed your amplification equipment. The RCA jack labeled Zone 2/R is active only when the ProFusion iO is configured to provide a single stereo zone or two mono zones.

    Power LED (light): When power to the ProFusion iO is turned on by the power button on the back panel, the far right light on the control panel labeled “Power” will be lit.

    1 Obtain and record the player’s IP address. Using a paperclip, press the Reset button on the rear panel of the player for one second. Your ProFusion iO will playback its IP address. Write this down. To hear it again, repeat this step. NOTE: You may hear a second IP address identified as the Wireless IP address.

    NOTE: Some control features may be disabled by the device account administrator Changing Programs Your ProFusion iO device will play the Program (Mood Zones) that is scheduled to play, changing to the new Program when the predefined schedule calls for a change. However, you can manually change Program playing by selecting a new program in the dropdown.
  • Page 12 Messages If your ProFusion iO is configured to utilize Messaging, the playback of messages will be scheduled to play at specific times and days. Visit the myMood control site to adjust messaging settings, including scheduling. If necessary, the Messages Tab will allow you to suspend a message.

    Mac Address. Device ID The Device ID is a unique number specific to your ProFusion iO. It ensures that custom configurations and settings are applied only to your specific ProFusion iO. Note: When calling Mood for assistance, please confirm your Device ID prior to calling.
  • Page 14 Note: If new content is available for download, your ProFusion iO may be updating for a long period of time. It is advisable to check with your network administrator before selecting this menu option.
  • Page 15 Reset button On the back of the Profusion iO, there is a small pin size reset button. Press and hold the reset button for approximately five seconds to restore the user login passwords to their default value. Press and hold the reset button for approximately fifteen seconds to reset the user passwords and network settings to the default (DHCP).
