- Page 4 Place the interface over the threaded ends. After checking the position of the interface it will be secured in place with the screw knobs. There are two sensors on the interface (up and down). The adjustable block should be aligned with these sensors. Checking placement of the switch block The height of the switch block relative to the sensors determines when the solenoids are activated and deactivated.
- Page 5 Checking the position of interface Correct position interface: The interface needs to be close enough to the knife, so activated solenoids will push the hooks of the dobby bars over the knife. Therefore the activated solenoids should be appr. 1 mm from the knife.

- Page 8 Electronic interface trouble shooting The interface does not react to a command of the computer Possible solutions: • Time-out There is an automatic time-out function build-into the interface. This limits how long the solenoids can be activated. If this time-out occurs, just activate the interface again in your weaving software.

- Page 10 Montage elektronische interface Als de interface een vervanging is voor de mechanische dobby, moet deze eerst verwijderd worden. Meegeleverde onderdelen: • 1 aansluitkabel voor elektriciteit • 1 usb-kabel • 1 usb-stick met drivers • 1 stelblokje t.b.v. activeren sensors • 2 schroefknoppen t.b.v. bevestiging interface Montage stelblokje 1.
- Page 11 Plaats de interface op het getouw, zodat de draadeinden op het getouw door de gaten van de interface steken. De interface zal na controle van de positie met de schroefknoppen worden vastgezet. Op de interface zitten twee sensoren (onder en boven). Het stelblokje op het mes moet uitgelijnd zijn met de sensoren.
