Open the Computer (Part: 22), Install the battery into the correct position. Connect the Computer (Part: 22) with Main Frame cable. Install the Computer (Part: 22) into Main Frame .

Take out the Bungee Cord (Part: 23). Fasten the Bungee Cord (Part:23) with Main Frame. Make sure the Bungee Cord (Part: 23) fasten correctly on main frame. Before undertaking any exercise program please consult your doctor. Before exercising always check your Twist stepper for loose screws or parts and tighten if necessary. If you have a problem keeping hour balance while using the Twist stepper, hold onto something to steady yourself.
