The NEQUARE A18 battery may not be charging to full capacity or maintaining charge due to the following reasons:

1. Incorrect Adaptor Insertion – The adaptor may not be inserted correctly. Reinsert the adaptor properly.
2. Battery Loss – The battery may be deteriorating and needs replacement.
3. Decreasing Usage Time – The battery’s capacity may be reducing over time, requiring recharging or replacement.
4. Incomplete Charging – The battery may not have been fully charged before use. Recharge the battery fully before operating.

When the NEQUARE A18 vacuum runs for 5 minutes and then shuts down with 3 blinking lights, it likely indicates that the battery power is low and needs charging. The blinking lights serve as a power indicator signaling that the battery is depleted.
