  • Page 5 STEP 3: Knurled Bolts & Nuts Figure 5 Figure 5 Place a Flat PVC Washer (D) over the threads of each of the Knurled Knobs(E), and push through the vertical slots on the upright surface of the Miter Gauge Assembly (F). Loosely thread a Square Nut (J) onto the Knurled Knob (E) on the other side of the Miter Gauge Assembly (F).
  • Page 6 OPERATION Figure 9 Angle Cuts Use the spring-loaded plunger and pin to set common angles for segmented turning. For angles without detents, make sure to fully tighten the Handle (A) at the intermediate angle. Make sure the Fence (B) is adjusted away from the blade.
  • Page 7 Crosscuts Figure 11 Use the spring-loaded plunger and pin to set the miter gauge to 0º (zero). Tighten the Handle (A) to make sure the miter gauge stays at zero. Make sure the Fence (B) is adjusted away from the blade. Hold the material tightly against the Fence (B) when making crosscuts.
