  • Page 3 (this impedes the next step). 3. Place the cushion in between the bent arms (which are still on the ground). The SoCo tag on the cushion should be on the backside of the chair (not facing out) positioned at the top.
  • Page 4 4. Thread the two loveseat spreader bars through the sleeves on the underside of the cushion. 5. Align the top loveseat spreader bar to the top front of each arm. 6. Insert a hex bolt (front to back) into each hole and tighten nut and washer using the wrench included in the kit.
  • Page 5 8. Attach your Happy Bag and Happy Hour Cup Holder to the loveseat, hang loveseat from the eye bolts (see instructions below) or frame, and enjoy! Installing the Eye Bolts Locate the ceiling beam/joist by using a stud finder or tapping and verifying with a small nail.

To hang the footrests, use the third spreader bar containing two smaller eye bolts in the middle of the bar (position them facing down) and two larger eye bolts on the ends of the bar (when the smaller eye bolts are positioned facing down, the larger eye bolts will face up).
