- Page 3 Section 1 - Introduction Thank you for purchasing this Jenway accessory for the 74 series Spectrophotometer. General Description The peltier accessory allows the user to adjust the temperature applied to the curvette holder between 20ºC and 50ºC with a resolution of 0.1ºC.
- Page 4 Installing Peltier Lid Remove the current passive or active accessory if needed; this will expose the bottom of the sample chamber and the power supply connection needed to operate the peltier. Remove screws x4 and lid springs x2 and then remove the lid.
- Page 5 Installing Peltier Accessory Connect the power supply in the bottom of the sample chamber to the connector on the underside of the peltier base plate and secure with thumb screws x4.
- Page 6 Section 3 - Operation Setting Temperature When the peltier is installed the active accessory icon is displayed on the home or measurement method screen. To set temperature, touch on the home or measurement method screen and touch the set point temperature dis- played to enter a new value.
