- Page 3 Fast Frame 1. Remove the covering bag and stand the Fast Frame on its feet. 2. With 2 people, stand one either side of the folded up Fast Frame and grab the scissors, pushing the two arms together and lifting upwards and outwards, pulling the Fast Frame apart as far as you can go. Then step inside the Fast Frame and grab the central scissors, pushing the two arms together to allow the Fast Frame to unfold.
