HARDWARE INSTALLATION It is imperative to consider the wireless environment and the placement of the Gateway and its antennas during troubleshoot- ing. The Gateway communicates on the 2.4 GHz frequency using the IEEE 802.15.4 channels. If the location has other wireless devices or networking using the 2.4GHz frequency, please orient the antennas away from these devices to manage interference.
