- Page 2 77111 Gunson Spark Plug Cleaner • Two-way lever valve allows for abrasive blasting or air cleaning only. • Needs compressed air supply with 70-80 psi line pressure. • A brasive material included with the product and is also available separately. Instructions 1. Refer to diagram above. Fill rear chamber with abrasive. 2. Fit cloth bag over open chamber and secure with securing clamp. 3. Connect the compressed airline to the inlet fitting (recommended pressure: 70-80 psi). 4. Insert the spark plug to be cleaned into the rubber grommet. 5. S et two-way lever to the down position (abrasive) - this will draw abrasive from the rear chamber to blast-clean the spark plug. 6. Operate the brass air valve to clean the spark plug. 7. T o finish, lift lever to up position (compressed air only) to clean off abrasive material from spark plug. When finished, keep abrasive material dry by removing securing clamp and cloth bag and return abrasive material to plastic bag. Additional abrasive material is available, Part No: 77112. Precautions: • A lways wear protective head, eye and hand gear. Responsibility for damage or injury lies with the user.
