Hi, I'm reading over the USB to serial port and I thought it was working fine, but I realized some numbers are not showing properly. Here is the string that I get: "?00?.?5?B?00". That was for 1.25 lb. The issue is that the numbers 1 and 2 show as question marks. I went closer to read the bytes and the 1 is 177 and the 2 is 178, which is not right by the ascii table, while the 5 is fine (53) and so are the leading zeroes (48 each). I checked all the settings for baud rate 9600, parity none, databits 8 and stopbits 1. I tried a lot of encodings: ascii, UTF8, UTF16, UTF32, unicode big and little endian to no avail. Always weird stuff. Could you please assist?

The Brecknell SBI-240 USB to serial port could display incorrect characters for the numbers 1 and 2 due to an incorrect baud rate or byte format configuration. Ensure that the baud rate and byte format settings match between the scale and the connected device. These settings can be adjusted using the USER-COM1/2-BAUD.RT and USER-COM1/2-BYT.FMT options.
