- Page 3 Hemisphere Heat Shield Installation & Care Instructions Apply the (2) red adhesive foam pads as shown on the back side of the heat shield. Open up the stainless steel hose clamp all the way and then feed it through the two slots of the heat shield with the natural bend of the clamp following that of the heat shield.
- Page 4 Hemisphere Heat Shield Installation & Care Instructions If you are installing on a dirt bike or between the fairing and the exhaust, it is much easier to dry fit the shield before adding the hose clamp. IMPORTANT - Test your setup with fully loaded luggage and make sure that the bike is up to full temp as well.
