Open the web browser on your PC and navigate to the link below to download the firmware file:

The file will then begin to download on your PC and will appear in your download dialogue box:
Once the file has downloaded onto your PC, you will need to open the "Downloads" folder on your machine,
which will display the "M712" firmware file:
Double-click on the file, which will display the "sdcard" folder. Click once on the "sdcard" folder to highlight it,
then right-click on it, and select the "Copy" option.
Plug your Nextbook tablet into the computer using the supplied microUSB cable. You may need to turn USB
Storage on, on your tablet. If the following screen is displayed on the M712, then please ensure that this
function is turned on:
