Battery Replacement Battery Replacement For best performance, we recommend replacing the batteries that came with this toy, with three, new “C” (LR14) alkaline batteries. • Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the toy. • Loosen the screws in the battery compartment door with a Phillips 1.5V x 3 screwdriver. - Page 3 Tuffy the Dump Truck ™ Tuffy the Dump Truck ™ Shift Lever Elevator • Locate the On/Off switch on the bottom of the toy. • Slide the switch to the position to turn the toy on and to the position to turn it off.
