Connecting Till2Go with a Printer (and Cash Draw)

Till2Go can be used as a standalone cash register app. using your iDevice; alternatively it can be
connected with the following hardware options to create a fuller POS solution:
Star TSP100LAN FuturePRNT Series Ethernet Thermal Receipt Printer (you can connect to the
printer without the need for a cash drawer)
VPOS Cash Drawer 24V with standard RJ12 plug for connection to printer (to automatically open
the cash drawer you MUST have the printer connected)
If you want to accept interfaced CARD payments you need to connect Till2Go with a Smartlink
WIFI EFTPOS terminal using the Smartpay Smartlink app.

Setting up your Star TSP143 LAN Printer

1. Make sure the printer is switched off. Plug the power cable into the printer and into the power
outlet.
2. Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into Ethernet port in the back of the printer, and plug the
other end directly into your Wireless router.
3. If you are setting up with a cash draw plug one end of the RJ12 cable into the back of the printer
and the other end into the cash drawer.

Push the lever toward you to open the printer cover. 3. Remove the jammed paper. Note: To prevent parts such as the thermal head or the rubber roller from damage or deformation, do not forcibly pull on the paper with the printer cover closed.
