- Page 2 TY458 Custom Tailored Seat Cover Installation Step#2 – Apply Headrest (apply Step#1 - Remove Headrest Step#3 Install Backrest – cover over headrest, adjust elastic (Slide headrest up, push in plastic (Apply the backrest, Slip over and to secure cover.) release buttons to remove the make sure seams are aligned to the headrest.)
