Installing the Tablet EX Gear FZ-G1 Hand Strap Replacement
To use your Panasonic 10" FZ-G1 tablet computer with raised corner proctors with
the Ruxton Chest Pack, you will need to remove the Hand Strap that came with the
tablet computer and replace it with the enclosed replacement. This will allow your
tablet to be secured on the Tablet EX Gear Ruxton Chest Pack.
FZ-G1 Hand Strap – to be removed.

  • Page 2 To remove FZ-G1 Hand Strap use a Phillips Screw Driver. Be sure that none of the parts are lost in case you would like to use this hand strap again. Install the Tablet EX Gear Hand Strap Replacement as shown below. Note: one of the supplied machine screws is 2 mm shorter than the other seven – 12 mm versus 14 mm. This shorter machine screw must only be used in the location indicated on the image below. Failure to do so may damage your tablet computer! Hand tighten the machine screws on all four corners of the tablet as shown above. The machine screws should be snug but not over tightened or the threads may be damaged.
