Airvac Assembly INSTRUCTIONS

TOOLS NEEDED:

1/8" & 7/32" Allen Wrenches; 1/2" Box End Wrench
CHECK BALL
CAGE
Remove items from box and inspect for any shipping damage. Take special care to avoid damaging the check ball cage when removing Items.
Check that you have all items as shown above.

BUCKET ASSEMBLY

CURVE
Using 4 bolts, 4 washers and 4 nuts as shown, attach the cross bar with the curve toward the nearest side of the bucket (as shown by arrow).
Screw in the 4 wheels until hand tight.

  • Page 2 Align gasket and use an Allen wrench to tighten the screws securing the top assembly to the canister as shown. Use the label as a reference for positioning. BRUSH RUBBER SCRAPER Completed AirVAC shown. Note the position of the rubber strip and brush in nozzle for replacement purposes after normal wear during use.
