IF SPRAY ATTACHMENT DOES NOT FUNCTION
PROPERLY—Remove and clean diverter unit.
1. Unscrew and remove spout nut.
2. Using a coin, unscrew and remove diverter
assembly. Wash diverter thoroughly and reinstall.
Reassemble faucet in reverse order. If diverter
appears damaged, replace using RP5266.
IF FAUCET LEAKS FROM TOP OR BOTTOM OF
SPOUT BODY—Replace o-rings, RP2080.
1. Remove spout nut. Gently rotate spout and lift off.
Cut and remove old o-rings. Stretch new o-rings
and snap into grooves on body. Reassemble
faucet in reverse order. CAUTION: Be careful
when putting spout back on to gently rotate until it
rests on escutcheon.
IF FAUCET EXHIBITS WATER FLOW REDUCTION
1. Remove aerator and flush faucet, check for large
debris and replace aerator.
IF REDUCED FLOW IS STILL NOTED—Clear
springs of debris and flush system.
1. SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLIES. Remove handle.
Refer to illustration A, B, C or D on page 3.
2. Unscrew and remove bonnet nut.

3. Pull stem unit straight out.
4. Remove seat and spring and any debris trapped in
spring. IMPORTANT: USE EXTREME CAUTION.
Flush lines by opening water supplies SLIGHTLY!
We recommend placing a bucket over the valve
opening to prevent water spray. Repeat procedure
on other valve. Shut off water supplies and
reassemble faucet in reverse order.

IMPORTANT: STEM UNITS MUST BE REPLACED CORRECTLY FOR
PROPER HANDLE ROTATION. IF NECESSARY, REMOVE RETENTION
SCREWS FROM OLD STEM UNITS AND INSTALL IN NEW STEM UNIT
ASSEMBLIES.
KNOB AND CROSS HANDLE STEM POSITION
Slip stem unit into body aligning key with keyway so
"stop" on both stems point to center of faucet.
LEVER HANDLE STEM POSITION
Slip stem unit into body aligning key with keyway so
"stop" on both stems point to right of faucet.

SI EL CONJUNTO DEL ROCIADOR NO
FUNCIONA BIEN—Quite y limpie el conjunto del
desviador.
1. Desenrosque y quite la tuerca de la salida.
2. Usando una moneda, desenrosque y quite el
conjunto del desviador. Lave bien el desviador y
póngalo de nuevo. Vuelva a armar la llave en el
orden inverso. Si el desviador aparece estar
dañado, reemplacelo usando RP5266.
SI LA LLAVE TIENE FUGAS POR ARRIBA O
O-Rings
ABAJO DEL CUERPO DE LA SALIDA—
Anillos "O"
Reemplace los anillos "O" con el Equipo para
Reparaciones RP2080.
1. Quite la tuerca de la salida. Con cuidado gire la
salida y sáquela así arriba. Corte y saque los
anillos "O" viejos. Estire los anillos "O" nuevos y
colóquelos en las ranuras del cuerpo. Vuelva a
armar la llave en el orden inverso.
PRECAUCION: Tenga cuidado cuando este
poniendo la salida en su lugar a girar
suavemente hasta que descanse en el escudete.
SI LA LLAVE MUESTRA UNA REDUCCION EN
EL FLUJO DEL AGUA
1. Saque el aireador y deje correr el agua para
limpiar las líneas, revise por desechos grandes y
reponga el aireador.
SI PERSISTE LA REDUCCION EN EL FLUJO—

2. Desenrosque y quite la tuerca del bonete.

4. Saque el asiento y resorte y elimine cualquier
desecho acumulado en el resorte.
IMPORTANTE: TENGA EXTREMA
PRECAUCION. ¡Deje correr el agua abriendo
los suministros de agua sólo UN POCO para
limpiar las líneas! Le recomendamos poner un
cubo encima de la válvula para evitar que salte
un chorro de agua. Repita el procedimiento en la
otra válvula. Cierre los suministros de agua y
vuelva a armar la llave en el orden inverso.

IMPORTANTE: LA UNIDAD DEL VASTAGO DEBE SER REEMPLAZADA
EN LA FORMA CORRECTA PARA QUE EL MANIJA GIRE EN LA
FORMA APROPIADA. SI ES NECESARIO, QUITE LOS TORNILLOS DE
RETENCIÓN DE LAS UNIDADES DEL VÁSTAGO VIEGAS E INSTALE
DENTRO DE LOS CONJUNTOS DE VÁSTAGO NUEVOS.
