Chapter 2: Installation IMPORTANT: Use two wrenches to fully tighten the Heyco Nut to the cable. 16.Install the PVC Elbow (17) between the long and short SCH 80 PVC pipes (8), making sure the wires are routed through the elbow and exit the small pipe. Use primer and PVC glue on the ends of the pipe to secure the elbow.

At both ends of the network, the End-of-Line must be activated. If the wiring can not be done in a single chain, you might need to deactivate the end-of-line (EOL) resistor to improve communication. AP/Cumberland does not warranty the proper operation if the topology network is not daisy chain.

WARNING Guidelines for Inspecting the 110WX Sensor (Weather Station) The following information is provided by AIRMAR Technology Corp. Do not disassemble the Weather Station sensor. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.

What You Should Know The humidity sensor has an average life expectancy of 5-6 years according to the EDGE 110WX Weather Station environment. After 5-6 years, replace it with another sensor by following the steps below. 1.
Chapter 4: Maintenance Figure 4-2 Replacing the humidity sensor Inspecting the RG-11 Rain Sensor Regular maintenance is important to ensure continued proper operation of the rain sensor. Perform the following tasks periodically: • Clean the unit with a soft cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners because they may remove paint or markings, or may corrode the RG-11 enclosure or seals.
