The CrystalTone ringer is not a telephone. It connects to the telephone line and emits an extra loud ring tone whenever an incoming call is detected.

RING PATTERN FEATURES The CrystalTone Ringer has several features to make hearing the telephone ring as carefree as possible: Volume Control: The ring volume is adjustable, and can be set as loud as 95dB. Slide the volume control to the right to increase the ring volume, slide the volume control to the left to decrease the volume.

Set up the CrystalTone Ringer in a place where: (a) There is a phone jack nearby. Cords should not lie across any walkway. (b) The surface that the ringer is set on, or mounted to, is stable and secure. (c) The area is protected from excessive heat or humidity.

4. Unplug the CrystalTone Ringer from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning. 5. Do not use the CrystalTone Ringer near water, for example, near a bath tub, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.
