FWIP Portobello Machine Serial Number
Your ​ F WIP Portobello machine is Wi-Fi enabled to allow you to manage your stock of ​ F WIP
pods and also to allow the FWIP Team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. It is
therefore important for you to note the unique Serial Number for your product.
You can find this number on the sticker inside the ​ b ack of the machine when you remove
the Pod Bin Cover (13). Please keep a note of this Serial Number should you wish to
contact the FWIP Team.

    OLED Button (3) screen in the centre of the button should come on. You’re on the right track. FWIP TIP: Patience is a virtue. When you first plug in your FWIP Portobello machine, the process may take up to a minute to program and connect. There’s nothing you need to do during this time.

    Simple. Because only when you connect the machine will you be able to recognise it as your own and officially become a member of the FWIP CLUB. It will unlock your entire backend desktop program and APP that will let you place orders, log service calls, check your invoices and revisit any instruction manuals.

Portal After connecting to the "fwip-configuration" Wi-Fi, your device usually brings up the Captive Portal login page. On some devices, this does not automatically happen. If this does not happen after a few moments, opening any web page will redirect to the Captive Portal as well.
