Press and hold the Volume button until you hear
an audio tone
Press the Call button and you hear an audio
tone
Press and hold the Call button until you hear an

Headset with voice prompts: Press and hold
the Volume button until you hear "mute on" or
"mute off"
Headset without voice prompts: Press and hold
the Volume button until you hear an audio tone
Press the Call button
Follow your phone's instructions
Press and release the Volume button until
desired volume is reached
