Warranty and registration
The warranty is 24 months from the first delivery (except for wearing parts)
and is only valid if registration is carried out.
To register, please return the completed registration certificate by fax
directly to the AVL DiTEST- Service Centre in Germany.
A form for the registration certificate is given in /1/, Unpacking Instructions,
Start-up, Brief instructions, Enclosure.
Please also retain your delivery receipt as proof of purchase.
The address, telephone and fax number of the relevant service centre is
given in /4/, service information, chapter 3.1 Regional service centres.

Temperature compensation
When delivering the VAS 6558A in the winter, the inside of the device must
be prevented from becoming moist. For this reason, we request that you
allow the device to stand for approx. 3 hours at the location from which it is
to be operated before connecting it or switching it on!
