For the first question:
After a memory battery change on a Dr. Alchhorn HITZINGER D POWER 90-180M, the hours resetting to 0, fuel and DEF gauges reading empty, and the engine light flashing could be caused by loss of stored memory data or improper re-initialization of the control system. The system likely lost important settings or calibration data when the battery was changed.

For the second question:
A communication error and failure to boot up on the touch screen after being unplugged could be due to improper reconnection, damaged wiring, or failure to correctly switch on the battery main switch and activate the control unit. It may also be necessary to check and reset the system properly using the "Power" and "Reset" buttons.
