Installation & Commissioning - Elan ElanDRYER XXL User Manual

The following steps shall be made during the installation:
 removing the fixing systems, during transport, for the hardening transformer
 connection to the three-phase mains using the prescribed type of cable or equivalent
(see the electrical documentation)
 connection of the distillation machine to the protection earth
The specialists of the manufacturer shall make the machine commissioning. The
customer's maintenance personnel participation at commissioning is recommended.
Safety norms for low voltage installations shall be respected.
The machine commissioning comprises the following steps:
 checking of correct installation
 checking of the mains supply voltage
 checking the machine operation in test mode
 distillation machine parameter adjustment
 monitoring of machine operation during the distillation process
 tuition of the operator and maintenance personnel
