Getting To Know Your Triple Buffet Server

Using the triple buffet server
1. Plug the unit in an electrical power outlet. The indicator light will turn on.
2. Place the preheated food in each of the three trays.
3. Adjust the temperature knob to the desired warmth for your food. The temperature settings range
from low to high. Please note, the buffet server will only warm your food for serving.
4. If food is kept in the server for an extended period it may dry out and/or change flavor.
5. Unplug the unit from the power source when not in use.
6. Do not leave food in the trays when it is not in use. When you have finished using the unit,
remove all food and liquids for subsequent use.
7. Allow the unit to cool down before removing parts for cleaning.
Using the warming tray
1. Remove the frame and the three trays. Then wipe the surface of the thermal plate and dry
it thoroughly.
2. Plug the unit to an electrical power outlet. The indicator light goes on.
3. Select the desired temperature (Low to High). Make sure to use heat safe containers
and/or serving dishes. Never place food directly on the warming tray.
NOTE: Do not place the lids directly on the hot surface of the warming tray.
Creative Uses For The Triple Buffet Server
Dessert Bar
The Buffet Server is an excellent way to serve desserts. To use as an "Ice Cream Bar", place hot fudge,
caramel and strawberry toppings, etc. in separate dishes on the warming tray or in the three serving trays
provided to keep warm.
Parties
The Buffet Server is ideal for serving party favorites such as: refried beans, rice, tortillas, beef,
pork and chicken, noodles, egg rolls, potatoes and more!
