• Color change will start at approximately 59°F (15°C), but best results will occur if the ice water is chilled to
approximately 41°F (5°C) or colder.
• Color change will only work on the included pet's feet.
• If color change does not work properly or quickly, the temperature of the pet's feet may be too close to the
temperature of the water.
• Color change temperatures may vary according to weather conditions.
• The color-change effect of the pet has a lengthy but limited lifespan.
• Cover play area before use to protect from possible damage.
• Do not put water in the pedi-drawer or pet bed/bathtub.These items are for pretend play only.
• Keep nail polish away from eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek
medical advice.
• Nail polish is intended for use by children above 3 years of age under adult supervision.
• To remove nail polish from child's nails use a tissue to wipe polish off or wash hands with soap and water.
• Do not perform any activities with your hands until nail polish is totally dry.
• Do not use nail polish on pets, furniture, textiles, etc.
• Keep the top of the nail polish container closed when not in use. Do not leave it in direct sunlight or hot areas.

SAFE BATTERY USAGE
• Use alkaline batteries for best performance and longer life.
• Use only the type battery recommended for the unit.
• Batteries should be replaced only by an adult.

• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable(nickel-cadmium) batteries.
• Do not short-circuit batteries.
• When not used for an extended time, remove batteries to prevent possible leakage and damage to the unit.
• Do not mix rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before charging.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be recharged only under adult supervision.
• Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire as they may leak or explode.

BATTERY INSTALLATION
An adult must install fresh batteries should the
batteries need replacing. Here's how:
1. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included), remove
the screw and battery compartment cover from
the bottom of the salon base.
2. Install two (2) fresh AA (LR6) alkaline batteries (not
included) making sure the (+) and (-) ends face the
proper direction as indicated inside the battery
compartment.
3. Replace the compartment cover and tighten the
screw.
