  • Page 4 When there is a loss of pliability or cracks occur, vapour may escape from the gap of the upper lid cover. The seal ring must be returned to the service department of Cornell or to its authorized dealers for replacement or repair.
  • Page 5 Operating Instructions  Fill the kettle with water as required. You may refer to the water level indicator as reference. Do not fill water exceeding the “MAX” mark.  Position the kettle on the base unit and connect to the mains electricity.
  • Page 6 Care and Cleaning Before commencing to clean the kettle, ensure that the mains power is switched OFF and the power cord is removed from the appliance. Wait until the appliance is at room temperature before commencing to clean it.  Never immerse the appliance into water, or allow moisture to contact with it.
