1. BEFORE USE MEASUREMENT UNITS The Installation and Operating Manual, measurement units according to the international SI measurement system are used. DIRECTIONS In this Installation and Operating Manual, right and left side and front and rear end of the machine are to be understood in reference to the driving direction. SERIAL NUMBER Write down the serial number of your machine in the space reserved for it on page 13 of the booklet.

2. OPERATING THE MACHINE PROPERTIES OF THE MACHINE IN BRIEF NOKKA 4670 and NOKKA 4675 loader is designed for wood loading in half time professional use and in forestry work of a farm. The loader is not designed for liftings where co-operators work near to the load to be lifted.
MAXIMUM LIFTING TABLE Maximum lifting capacity of 4670 and 4675 loaders without the rotator and the log grab. Lifting capacities are measured in different boom positions . Lifting capacity with the rotator and the log grab is approximately 130 kg lower.
PREPEARING FOR USE The loader will be supplied to retail dealer and further to the customer on a transport stand or mounted on the loader mounting pad of the forest trailer. Unpacking from the stand and preparing the loader for work is done in the following way: 24.

TRANSPORT POSITION When a loader is mounted on frame parts of a tractor, during transports, the centre of gravity of the loader should be as close to the tractor as possible. For transport the best position is with the loader facing forward with the grab at the front of the tractor. If a loader is transported in the rearward position the extra weight at the rear may adversely affect the tractor steering.
45. If the combination (tractor/loader or forestry trailer/loader) starts to overturn, lower the load down immediately. Do not drop the load off the grab. Keep hold of the steering wheel, do not jump off the tractor! 46. Avoid loading on a slope. Do not lift full loads from the uphill side; the boom may not stop swinging because the pressure in the ram may rise too much and open the relief valve, which causes oil to escape from the ram and it will not stop.
LUBRICATION Lubricate the loader after 16 hours of operational. Apply grease until it slightly runs over from the part being greased. In order to make the lubricatin work of the grease nipples in the upper end of the vertical boom easier worktops has been installed above the turning cylinders. Before going up put the boom directly backwards and attach it at the frame of the forestry trailer or put it on the ground.
HYDRAULICS Hydraulic hoses, pipes and couplings should be checked at times to find possible fractures or leaks. Replace worn or broken parts with new ones to avoid damage. The return hose type is 1/2" SAE 100 R1AT, and the pressure hose type is 3/8" SAE 100 R2AT. Always observe maximum cleaness while servicing hydraulic components, and clean the inside of hoses from dust, rubber particles, etc., before installation.

WARRANTY POLICY (Nokka Machines Division) Nokka-Tume Oy (the manufacturer) grants its products a warranty for the period of 6 months from the delivery date of the machine to the customer. However, the warranty is applicable in compliance with the policy only to claims submitted to the manufacturer within 3 years of the delivery date of the product to the representative of the factory or retailer.
