Die elektrische Crimpmaschine AT-300 entspricht der europäischen Norm EN55014-1:2006 + A1:2001 + A2:2008. Die elektrische Crimpmaschine AT-300 ist unter Verwendung der in Kapitel 7.1 aufgeführten Adapter CE konform. Die Konformitätserklärung wurde im Original zusammen mit der Betriebsanleitung der elektrischen Crimpmaschine AT-300 versendet. -

Zum Herstellen von Crimpverbindungen bis zu einem Leitungsquerschnitt von max. 6 mm² (Aderendhülsen bis max. 50 mm²) in Abhängigkeit der Kontaktausführung. Die elektrische Crimpmaschine AT-300 ist zur Aufnahme der von TE freigegebenen Adapter und Werkzeugköpfe konzipiert. Der Adapter darf nur mit den TE spezifizierten Werkzeugköpfen/Gesenken bestückt werden. -

B Bedienelemente 4.4.1 Touch Display Das Touch Display 1 (Abb. 4.3) wird durch den Schlüsselschalter aktiviert, deaktiviert oder in das Einrichtemenü gesetzt. Die Bedienung des Touch Display erfolgt intuitiv durch selbsterklärende Symbole, welche teilweise ausgewählt werden können. -

Entriegelungsschalters steht in der verriegelten Position auf 3 Uhr. Der Entriegelungs- schalter muss durch Drehen des Pfeils gegen den Uhrzeigersinn in die 12 Uhr Position gebracht werden, damit die elektrische Crimpmaschine AT-300 wieder einsatzbereit ist. Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass der Fußschalter nur bei ständiger Betätigung den vollen Arbeitszyklus vornimmt. -

Aufstellung VORSICHT Stellen Sie die elektrische Crimpmaschine AT-300 auf einer ebenen Fläche auf und sorgen Sie für Standfestigkeit der Maschine. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Fläche stark genug ist, um das Gewicht der Maschine bei normaler Benutzung aufnehmen zu können. -

Anschließen an die Stromversorgung WARNUNG Stellen Sie den Spannungswechsler 6 (Abb. 6.1) auf die richtige Spannung ein. Die elektrische Crimpmaschine AT-300 ist nur durch den Netzanschluss 4 (Abb. 6.1) komplett stromlos zu machen. HINWEIS Verwenden Sie ein Netzkabel mit dem Netzstecker Ihrer Norm (mit Schutzkontakt). -

Beim Loslassen des Drucktasters oder Fußschalters wird der Crimpvorgang unterbrochen. -

Gefahr den Rückstell-Taster sofort. Der Rückstell-Taster muss vom Bediener jederzeit direkt zugänglich bleiben. Er darf nicht verdeckt werden! Tragen Sie beim Arbeiten mit der elektrischen Crimpmaschine AT-300 keine lose Kleidung, losen Schmuck oder lange, offene Haare, welche sich in dem Mechanismus verfangen können. -

The electric Crimping Machine AT-300 is an electric crimping machine for TE interchangeable crimping system designed as a complete table top unit. With the electric Crimping Machine AT-300 the most common terminals on the market can be crimped with the TE interchangeable crimping systems. -

To lift the crimping machine use the handle recesses on the machine. Wear suitable safety shoes when transporting machine. Position the electric Crimping Machine AT-300 on a flat surface and assure the stability of the machine. Ensure that the table or bench is stable enough to support the machine in normal use. - Page 49 The electric Crimping Machine AT-300 is only allowed to be operated with properly mounted TE approved adapters, crimp heads and crimp die sets. The electric Crimping Machine AT-300 may only be set up and operated in perfect technical condition, observing all the safety regulations and considering any possible dangers.
