WARRANTY

For tipstim® glove, the legal warranty or a warranty for the operating life of tipstim® glove
stipulated by the manufacturer shall apply - whatever occurs fi rst. The warranty claim is
not applicable for defects, failures or damages which derive from noncompliance with this
the instruction manual as stated in this manual and/or non-compliance with the medical
expert's instructions. The warranty does not apply in the event of accidents, misuse and
interventions and changes performed by non-authorized personnel.
