D Hinweise zur Anleitung
Lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig, bevor Sie das Gerät installieren und in
Betrieb nehmen. Nach der Installation ist der Betreiber, durch die ausführende
Installationsfirma, in die Funktion und Bedienung der Regelung einzuweisen. Die
Bedienungsanleitung muss für Bedien- und Wartungspersonal an frei zugänglicher
Stelle aufbewahrt werden. Folgende Symbole werden in dieser Anleitung verwendet:

Wichtiger Hinweis
1. Sicherheitshinweise!
Der b@home-Kontaktsensor darf ausschließlich im Innenbereich verwendet werden.
Vermeiden Sie direkte Sonnen- und Wärmebestrahlung auf den b@home-
Kontaktsensor.
Starkes Magnetfeld kann zu Funktionseinschränkungen führen.
Batterie:
Dieses Produkt enthält eine Lithium Knopfzelle.
Wenn die Knopfzelle verschluckt wird, können schwere innere Verbrennungen
innerhalb von gerade einmal 2 Stunden auftreten und zum Tode führen.
Halten Sie neue und gebrauchte Knopfzellen von Kindern fern.
Wenn der Gehäusedeckel nicht sicher schließt, das Produkt nicht mehr benutzen und von
Kindern fernhalten.
Wenn Sie meinen, dass Knopfzellen verschluckt wurden bzw. sich im Körper befinden, suchen
Sie unverzüglich medizinische Hilfe auf.
Explosionsgefahr, Brandgefahr:
Falscher Umgang mit Lithium-Batterien kann zu Explosion oder Brand führen.
Beim Austausch der Batterie durch Batterie des gleichen Typs CR2477 ersetzen und
auf richtige Polung achten.
Batterie von Wärmequellen über 100 °C fernhalten und nicht ins Feuer werfen.
Batterietyp CR2477 nicht aufladen.
Batterie nicht ins Wasser legen.
Batterien nicht verformen oder zerlegen.
Beschädigte Batterien nicht weiter verwenden.
Batterie vor Entsorgung aus Gerät entfernen und getrennt vom Gerät entsorgen.
Pole der Lithium-Batterien vor der Entsorgung abkleben (isolieren).
Starker Magnet
Das Verschlucken des Magneten kann innere Verletzungen verursachen.
Magnet von Kindern fernhalten und außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern montieren.

4. Funktion
Der b@home-Kontaktsensor ist ein Funk-Tür-/Fensterkontakt für das b@home-System.
Mittels eines internen Reedkontakts und eines Magneten können offene/geschlossene
Fenster und Türen erkannt werden. Somit lässt sich in dem zugeordneten Raum/Räumen
eine automatische Temperaturabsenkung realisieren. In der App kann eingestellt werden,
ob bei offenem Fenster/Tür auf die für den zugeordneten Raum/Räumen programmierte
ECO-Temperatur abgesenkt (im Kühlbetrieb erhöht) oder die Regelung für den Raum
ausgestellt werden soll (Frostschutz 5°C aktiv). Ein offenes Fenster/Tür wird in der
b@home-App mit einem Symbol angezeigt.

EN Notes relating to instructions
Read these instructions carefully before installing and commissioning the device.
After installation, the installation company should instruct the operator in how
the control system works and how to operate it. The operating instructions must
be stored somewhere freely accessible to operating and maintenance staff. The
following symbols are used in these instructions:

Safety notices!
The b@home contact sensor may only be used indoors.
The b@home contact sensor should not be exposed to direct sunlight or come into
direct contact with heat.
Strong magnetic fields may restrict the function.
Battery:
This product contains a lithium button cell.
Swallowing the button cell can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and may
result in death.
Keep new and used button cells out of the reach of children.
If the housing cover does not close securely, discontinue use of the product and keep out of
the reach of children.
If you believe that button cells have been swallowed and are still in the body, seek medical
assistance immediately.
Risk of explosion, risk of fire:
Handling lithium batteries incorrectly can result in an explosion or fire.
When replacing the battery, be sure to use one of the same CR2477 type and ensure
the correct polarity.
Keep lithium batteries away from heat sources of more than 100 °C and do not throw into fire.
The CR2477 battery type cannot be recharged.
Do not place batteries in water.
Do not deform or dismantle batteries.
Do not continue to use damaged batteries.
Remove the battery from the device before disposal and dispose of separately from the device.
Mask (isolate) the poles of lithium batteries before disposal.
Strong magnet
Swallowing magnets can cause internal injuries.
Keep magnets away from and out of the reach of children.

4. Function
The b@home contact sensor is a wireless door/window contact for the b@home system.
Open/closed windows and doors can be detected by means of an internal Reed contact
and a magnet. The temperature in the assigned room/rooms can therefore be automatically
reduced. The app can be used to set whether the temperature is to be reduced (increased
in cooling mode) to the ECO temperature programmed for the assigned room/rooms or the
control is to be switched off for the room (5°C frost protection active) when a window/door
is open. An open window/door is indicated in the b@home app using a symbol.
