I put the battery in the lawnmower and the key, but the lawnmower won’t start just beeps

My batteries are fully charged and plug is in and seated. The motor will not start and there are7 reps. Help?
Atlas mower won't start it beeps 7 times then it stops and repeats i have checked batteries they seem good. It's not a Self-Propell mower
