Two A/C lines must be run from the APU to the evaporator in order to supply Freon to the evaporator
unit.
Begin by installing check valve on the evaporator.
Apply a small amount of leak lock to the threads and secure to the bottom fitting on the
evaporator. BE SURE and use a backer wrench as you will damage the evaporator core
and cause it to leak.
Route the bare end of the two 8' A/C lines down through the 3" hole near the
evaporator unit.
Make sure both pre-crimped connectors are clean and clear of debris and that both
fittings contain one O-ring of the appropriate size.
