CPU-Aufsatz: Der CPU-Aufsatz dient zur Wärmeaufnahme der CPU. 2. Pumpe: Die Pumpeneinheit fördert die Flüssigkeit im Zusammenspiel mit den anderen Komponenten im Kreis.
- Page 4 3. Die Unterlegscheiben werden zur Sicherheit, auch wie auf diesem Bild gezeigt, wieder zwischen M/B und Schraubenkopf gelegt. 4. Die Muttern, die bis zum Boden des M/B gedreht werden, sorgen für Stabilität und Sicherheit. 5. Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie an der Unterseite des Kühlblocks und tragen Sie die Wärmeleitpaste auf die CPU gleichmäßig auf.

- Page 6 Auch hier ist äußerste Sorgfalt geboten, da die Lammellen und Wasserdurchläufe des Radiators bei Unachtsamkeit leicht beschädigt werden und somit den Radiator unbrauchbar machen könnten. 1. Zuerst wird der Radiator ausgepackt und mit den vier kurzen M3 Schrauben an der 120mm Lüfteraussparung des Gehäuses montiert.
- Page 7 Die Pumpe ist nur für den Einsatz im geschlossenen System konzipiert und darf nicht trocken laufen. Sie wird mit Hilfe eines Klebepads auf dem Boden des Gehäuses befestigt. Das im Lieferumfang enthaltene Klebepad dient nicht nur zu Befestigung sondern auch zur Entkopplung der Pumpe! Bitte beachten sie bei der Montage der Schläuche wo „Eingang und Ausgang“...

Befüllen & Testen Um ihre Wasserkühlung zu befüllen benötigen sie 1x Spritze, 1x Kühlungsflüssigkeit und 1x Kreuzschraubenzieher sowie eine Schüssel oder ähnliches. Bis auf letztere beide ist alles im Lieferumfang enthalten. Schritt 1: Als erstes entfernen sie den 220 Volt Stromstecker von ihrem PC. (!) Schritt 2: Ziehen sie den 20 (24) Poligen Stromversorgungsstecker des ATX Netzteils von ihrem M/B, entfernen sie am besten auch weitere Komponenten wie Festplatten... - Page 9 Länge: 2 m Durchmesser: Innendurchmesser 8 mm, Wanddicke: 1 mm Material: Messing, für ¼“ oder 1/8“ Gewinde, für 8/10 Schlauch Fittings: Produktänderungen vorbehalten! Wenn Sie hier keine Lösung finden und meinen, dass der Fehler an dem Flüssigkeitskühler liegt, dann wenden Sie sich bitte an den Fachhändler.

• Try not to bend or kink the tubing when using the system. • Running the system with low liquid may result in damage to the parts within your computer, please check the liquid within 6 months. • Please screw the fittings on the components by hand, no tools will be needed, there is no guarantee for the damage due to this! MAIN PARTS AND WORKING PRINCIPLE 4. - Page 13 Installation of the CPU Block Warning: Please take care while installing the CPU-Block. Fixing too hard using tools might cause damages to the CPU and M/B! 1. Please remove the retention module from the M/B if necessary. The M4 screws have to be put through the M/B from the bottom side.
- Page 14 4. Remove clear film from the base of the CPU Cooling Block and apply the thermal grease on it properly. Fix the 1/4“ fittings on the CPU Block (hand screwed – no tool needed !) and put it onto the CPU. 5.

6. As a last step please fix the springs and the knurled nuts included in delivery onto the screws as you see below. Radiator installation Please handle with care – Radiator fins and tubes could be damaged if not handled carefully and might cause leakings or other damages. -

Pump installation The pump was created for usage in a complete water cooling system only – please take care on the coolant level. If it is too low the pump might be damaged. Please fix the pump with the cleaving pad included in the delivery. This pad acts as a decoupler as well. -

Tubing Installation After installing the CPU-Block, radiator and the pump into the case it is time to connect the single components to each other. Please trim the tubes due to your personal system. It is important to straight cut the ends of the tubes. A side cutter is recommended to do so. The tubes will be connected with the included 1/8“... - Page 18 Step 4: Please fill in some coolant into the bowl. Switch on the ATX PSU and use the shot to fill the pump step for step. Please open the screw at the top of the pump to fill Step 5: Initial noises from the pump are quiet normal and will stop after filling up the system completely.
