Thank you, the car works fine and all wires are connected as should be, it’s just the controller that is not operating. I have followed the above instructions. Could you suggest anything else?

If the controller is not operating despite all wires being connected, follow these steps:

1. Check whether the remote control battery power is low and replace the batteries if needed.
2. Verify if the code-matching function is operating correctly. To do this:
- Press the main power switch button to turn on the vehicle (code-matching is valid within two minutes after powering on).
- Simultaneously press and hold the speed change button and sudden brake button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
3. If the issue persists, take the controller to the Service Center for further diagnosis.

The remote control may not be working despite the lights being functional due to one of the following reasons:

1. The remote control may not be properly code-matched with the car. To fix this, simultaneously press the speed change button and sudden brake button for 5 seconds until the gear lamps twinkle and then stay on, indicating successful code-matching.

2. The car may be in sleep mode. If no operation occurs within 1 minute, the system enters sleep mode. Press any button to wake it up.

3. The central control board may be powered off due to charging. When charging, all functions shut down, and the car cannot be operated.

4. The car's battery may have low voltage (below 8V), which triggers automatic power-off for protection. Charge the battery as soon as possible.

5. There may be a circuit issue, such as an open or short circuit, or the overcurrent protector may have tripped. Check the wiring and wait 10 seconds for the breaker to reset if it was overloaded.
