    1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. Usage Smoking chamber MAUTING Junior is equipment designed for small meat processing plants and also for restaurants. It makes possible to heat treatment of meat products, e.g. drying, smoking, cooking and roasting up to 160°C in one cycle without further manipulation, with manual control of flaps, glowing (smoking) and moistening.
