    4 DESCRIPTION OF THE VACUUM 4.1 Description of the main parts The Vacuum Art. A030/30A is a suction device for industrial use, suitable for the collection of dust, small particles and also liquids (after removing the internal filter). Handy, simple to use, easy to open for emptying and can be inspected for maintenance purposes without difficulties.

Other types of use, or the extension of use beyond that envisaged, does not correspond to the designation attributed by the manufacturer, and therefore the latter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage resulting therefrom.

    7 ASSEMBLY AND COMMISSIONING 7.1 Unpacking instructions The Vacuum Art A030/30A is supplied in a cardboard box. Before disposing of packaging, check that no parts of the machine, including the user manual or other documentation, are going to be thrown away.

    MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES 7.3 Suction of solid material Mounted the dust filter (air filter) onto the protection device of the suction nozzle of the motor. a) Insert the filter into the suction nozzle, and then rotate the locking screw in a clockwise direction (Figure 7).
  • Page 19 MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES SAFETY FLOAT VALVE FOR THE SUCTION OF LIQUIDS The vacuum is equipped with a float valve which closes the suction hole of the fan (Figure 9) in the event the level of the liquid collected in the drum is too high and there is a risk it might overflow and come into contact with the fan and motor.

    MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES 8 USING THE VACUUM Precautions for use and safety The vacuum is not suitable for collecting:  dusts which are toxic and/or flammable (hazardous);  hot or corrosive residues;  water or liquids from containers, sinks, tubs, etc. The vacuum is not suitable for use in areas "at greater risk of explosion".

    MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES 6. At the end of operation, turn off the vacuum and disconnect the power plug from the wall socket, remove the cover and then throw the bag into the rubbish bin. To avoid deposits and encrustations forming in the suction duct and the fan it is recommended to suck in clean air for a few minutes at the end of each use.

    8.3 Combined use with a power tool The Vacuum Art A030/30A has a 230 V / 50 Hz socket which can be connected to an electrical device with maximum power of 1600 W.

To keep your machine fully functionality for a long period, it is necessary to carry out maintenance as required, with precision and professionalism.
