Installation

Follow the steps below to install the card.
(1) Remove the front panel if necessary.
For details, refer to the instruction manual of the PC which you are installing
the card to.
(2) Remove the computer cover.
For the procedure of removing the computer cover, refer to the instruction
manual of the PC which you are installing the card to. Be sure to observe the
following.

Install the card as described below.
CAUTION
Important
 To install an extension board, take adequate measures against static (by wearing gloves, for
example).
Note
 The extension slot is subject to restrictions on current capacity. Before installing an extension
board, check that its rated current does not exceed the current capacity of your personal
computer.
To install the extension card, follow the procedures below.
