QUICK START GUIDE
Your phone is smart. Your home should be too.
Thank you for purchasing a NuTone Smart Home Series product that will allow
you to automate your home on your terms. Operate and control virtually any
electrical device or appliance from anywhere without the expense and hassle of
running new wiring. Choose your favorite Home Automation gateway with
Z-Wave, connect it to the internet and add the NuTone Smart Fixture Control to
operate virtually any electrical device or appliance from your smart phone or
another NuTone Smart Home Series switch.

OPERATION

The LED on the NFS20Z will turn on when the load attached is
ON. If desired, the LED can be user configured to turn ON
when the load attached is OFF. The LED will flicker when
NFS20Z is transmitting.
Refer to the NFS20Z instructions included with this RF
Controlled Isolated Contact Fixture Module and the Home
Automation gateway instructions for your specific system to
assign devices to your system network.

System Pairing adding the NFS20Z to your controller
1. Place your Home Automation gateway with Z-Wave into
Discovery or Add mode.
2. Refer to your Z-Wave controllers instructions for additional
information on adding devices.

For testing, when the button on the face of the NFS20Z is
pressed, the power to the controlled load will turn on. When the
button is pressed again, the controlled load will turn off.
