    HOW TO OPERATE Before first use, wipe down all surfaces with a non-abrasive, damp cloth and dry. Place the unit on a clean, dry and level surface near an electrical outlet. Allow about eight inches of clear space all around the exterior of the unit. Slide the Drip Tray and Warming Drawer into base of the Griddle.

    HELPFUL TIPS NEVER leave the appliance unattended while operating. Cooking Tips There may be some smoking during first use. This is normal. Remove foods from the Griddle using a flat plastic or wooden utensil. DO NOT use metal utensils as they may scratch and damage the non-stick cooking surface. Put foods that you want to keep warm (i.e.

    RECIPES Use your imagination and choose favorite ingredients to create a variety of meals using the NON-STICK GRIDDLE WITH WARMING DRAWER.Make a batch of pancakes and keep them warm in the Warming Drawer prior to serving. Keep toast or rolls warm in the Warming Drawer while cooking a main course on the Non-stick Griddle.
