2.1 Watch Settings Press OK to enter main menu. Use Up/Down to scroll to [SETTING]. Once in [SETTING],you will find below options: ① Language At present, the watch has six languages, we will update more languages in the future. English, Japanese, Française,Deutsch, Italian, Español. ②... - Page 6 Clock >> Alarm You can set an alarm clock on your watch and turn it on or off. Clock >> Timezone After receiving the GPS signal, the current location time zone 00:00 ~23:59 will be updated automatically; If no GPS signal is received, the current location time zone can be set manually.

If you choose not to check the backlight, the backlight of the watch will be turned off, and the backlight will not be turned on by pressing the backlight button.
