My unit is not cooling like it should. The temperature keeps fluctuating and when I try to lower the temp it does not go down. I have made sure it is clear of debris and not too close to a wall or anything. Any advice would be appreciated.

Your Cooluli CONCORD-20LDX may not be cooling properly or experiencing temperature fluctuations due to the following reasons:
1. Ambient Temperature Dependency: The unit is thermoelectric and cools up to 35°–40°F below ambient temperature. If the surrounding temperature is high, the unit may not reach your desired cooling level.
2. Blocked Vents or Fan: Ensure there is at least a 2-inch clearance around the fan and vents. Blocked airflow can reduce cooling performance.
3. Door Not Sealed Properly: Make sure the door is clean, free from obstructions, and securely closed.
4. Pre-chilled Contents: For better performance, place pre-chilled items in the unit. Room temperature drinks may take 2–3 hours to chill.
5. Power Source Issues: If the unit is not turning on or cooling, check the power outlets, try another power source (AC or DC), and ensure the power cord is functioning.
If the issue continues despite these steps, contact Customer Support.
