General information General information Reading and storing the user manual This user manual accompanies this LED camping light (hereinafter referred to simply as the ‘light’). It contains important information about start-up and handling. Before using the light, please read through the user manual carefully. This particularly applies to the safety instructions.

Safety Proper use The light is designed exclusively for use as a light source while camping. It is only intended for private use and is not suitable for commercial purposes.

Safety WARNING! Battery hazards! If you use batteries improperly, there is a risk of explosions or chemical burns caused by battery acid. − Never short circuit the batteries. − Never dismantle the batteries. − Never throw batteries into fire. − Never expose batteries to excessive heat or direct sunlight. −...
First use − Never expose the light to high temperatures (heaters, etc.) or to the effects of the weather (rain, etc.). − Keep the light away from heat, such as radiators, stoves and other heat-generating appliances, from direct sunlight, dust and sharp edges.
Inserting or changing batteries 1. To open the battery compartment cover , use a coin to turn it anticlockwise to the housing 2. Remove the old batteries first if they are still in the compartment. 3. Insert four 1.5 V , type AA/LR6 batteries into the battery compartment.
Storage NOTICE! Risk of damage! Improper handling of the light may damage the light. − Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or nylon bristles or sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such as knives, hard scrapers and the like. They could damage the surfaces.
