Unit of measure was not pro-

Solution
Swap pulse meter module with
known good module to determine if
problem is the pulse meter, wiring,
or control box
Verify the the pulse meter is
installed within 24" of the pulse me-
ter converter
Replace pulse meter converter
Replace console
Replace console
Clean or replace the solenoid
Install check valve prior to meter
Swap pulse meter with known good
module
Ensure the 244342 is installed per
instruction form 309276
Replace console
Dispense into calibrated container
and allow fluid to settle for a mini-
mum of 30 minutes. If volume is cor-
rect, turn air motor pressure down
and test again. Stop when over-dis-
pense problem is eliminated.
Swap pulse meter with known good
module
Replace console
After power is restored, enter pass-
word to bring up system. If pass-
word is not accepted. Refer to the
"Programming Security Code and
Changing Measurement Units" page
for instructions.
Ensure dispense amount is entered
prior to pressing the Dispense but-
ton
Refer to the "Programming Security
Code and Changing Measurement
Units" page for instructions.
Remove the four screws from the
cover of the console. Reseat the rib-
bon cable and retest.
