Functional Description The intrinsically safe USB camera ELBCam 1 can take photos in a hazardous area (Ex area, potentially explosive atmosphere), that can be edited immediately on a PC in a safe area via the USB port. This does not require special software, because the camera acts like an external hard disk drive and the photos are saved as JPG files. -
