Page 2 The device is apt for planing flat or round wood surfaces of all kinds. For planing round surfaces, we recommend the EDER round planer. The constructive formation of the planing barrel causes a high chipping performance at minimal effort. The device is set on the folding plate supported oscillating around the rotary axis of the barrel.
Page 3 4.All knives are adjusted the same way. 5.The clamping bolts for the knives are to be tightened at a torque of at least 35 Nm. A corresponding torque wrench can be obtained from EDER Maschinenbau as optional accessory or from the specialized tool trade.
